“We are pleased to welcome RDL and its employees to the Cook & Boardman platform,” said Chuck Hummel, President and CEO of Cook & Boardman. “Dennis and Sherrie Martin founded RDL over thirty years ago and have built the company into a leading commercial door and hardware distributor with a strong reputation in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. As a member of Cook & Boardman, RDL will continue to provide the same excellent customer service with a full range of products to non-residential contractors.” “We are excited to be a key player in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, which represents the ninth state with a location for Cook & Boardman, and we look forward to RDL’s continued success under our ownership,” he added.
“Our decision to join the Cook & Boardman platform is a natural step for RDL,” said Dennis and Sherrie Martin, the owners of RDL. “Cook & Boardman has a long-standing reputation for providing the highest quality products and services to the non-residential construction market, and their leadership, resources and broad geographical footprint will be key aspects of RDL’s long-term success going forward.
